Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

Photo or video evidence of the issue is required to help us process your request quickly.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital products

These items are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.


Refunds & Returns Not Accepted If:

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • The order was not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • The item is custom-made

  • The request is based on change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction without a valid defect

  • The product has been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.


Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been worn, opened, or used, in accordance with sanitary guidelines. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize customer safety.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us via:

Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Once approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incorrect sizes or colors selected at checkout
